Any business or partner featured through promoted placements on our platform pays for that promotional visibility. All promotional relationships are clearly disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines.

Business Model: We generate revenue by (a) collecting consumer inquiries and selling or transferring those leads to our network of trusted auto transport partners, (b) charging businesses for promotional placements and visibility on our platform, and (c) providing marketing services to auto transport companies. We only share leads with partners who have agreed to our data use standards and who offer genuine, affordable, and honest pricing. We do not sell data to unknown or unvetted third parties.

4.3 Promotional Partners

Businesses that pay for promotional placement on our platform may receive lead data associated with inquiries generated through their promoted listings. These arrangements are commercial in nature; however, we require all promotional partners to be licensed, insured, and compliant with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Neutrality & Non-Exclusive Promotion Disclosure

CarShippingHub is an independent platform and does not exclusively promote any single carrier, broker, or transport company. Our content, tools, and carrier directory are produced independently of any commercial relationships.

However, we do work with businesses that pay for promotional advertising and visibility on our platform. These paid promotional arrangements:

• Are clearly labeled as "Sponsored," "Partner," or "Featured" wherever they appear.
• Do not influence the accuracy of our tools, cost calculators, or FMCSA verification data.
• Are available to any qualifying, licensed auto transport business — we do not grant exclusivity to any single company.

When you submit a quote, your lead may be routed to one or more promoted partners in addition to, or instead of, non-promoted partners, depending on your location, timing, and shipment requirements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Typically:

• Lead data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection.
• Communication records are retained for up to 36 months.
