1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CarShippingHub.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CarShippingHub.com website, tools, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. What CarShippingHub Is (and Is Not)

CarShippingHub.com is an independent lead generation and information platform operating in the auto transport industry. Our core business is:

• Collecting consumer inquiries (leads) from individuals seeking auto transport services.
• Matching and selling or transferring those leads to our network of licensed, FMCSA-verified carriers, brokers, and transport companies.
• Charging auto transport businesses a fee for promotional visibility, featured placements, and advertising on our platform.
• Providing free educational tools and content to help consumers make informed decisions.

2.2 We Are NOT a Carrier or Broker

CarShippingHub is not a motor carrier, freight broker, or transportation company. We do not arrange, dispatch, or guarantee the transportation of any vehicle. We are not a party to any shipping contract between you and a carrier or broker.

2.3 We Do Not Exclusively Promote Any Single Business

CarShippingHub is a neutral marketplace. We do not exclusively endorse, recommend, or promote any single carrier, broker, or transport company above others without clear commercial disclosure. Any business featured with "Sponsored," "Partner," "Featured," or "Promoted" designations has paid for that placement. Payment for placement does not guarantee placement exclusivity — our platform is open to any qualifying transport business that meets our verification standards.

The appearance of any business on our platform does not constitute a warranty or endorsement of that business by CarShippingHub.

3. Lead Generation & Consent to Contact

3.1 Submitting a Quote Request

By submitting a quote request, contact form, or any inquiry on CarShippingHub.com, you expressly and voluntarily consent to:

• CarShippingHub and its affiliated partners contacting you by phone, email, or SMS, including via automated dialing systems or pre-recorded messages, regarding your auto transport request and related services.
• Your contact and shipment information being shared with one or more auto transport carriers, brokers, and companies in our partner network.
• Your information being used by those partners to provide you with shipping quotes, service offers, and follow-up communications.

This consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS contacts. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

3.2 Sale of Leads to Trusted Partners

We sell and transfer lead data to our network of trusted auto transport partners. We vet our partners to ensure they hold active FMCSA authority, maintain valid insurance, and operate transparently. By using this Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your lead may be contacted by multiple partners, each responding to your shipment inquiry.
• We provide your information to partners in order to serve you with affordable, genuine, and trustworthy service options.
• Partners may independently contact you with offers, even after your initial inquiry is fulfilled.

3.3 Promotional Partners

Businesses that pay for promotional placements on our Platform may receive leads generated through those placements. These are commercial arrangements. We require all promotional partners to maintain regulatory compliance and honest pricing practices. Promotional fees paid by a business do not affect the rates you are quoted — pricing is determined solely by the partner company's own commercial terms.

4. Information Sharing & Data Practices

All information you share with CarShippingHub may be used as follows:

• Lead Transfer: Shared with transport partners to facilitate quotes and match you with appropriate service providers.
• Service Optimization: Used internally to improve platform performance, matching accuracy, and the quality of partner recommendations.
• Fraud Prevention: Used to detect, investigate, and report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities and industry bodies.
• Legal Compliance: Disclosed to government or regulatory authorities when required by law.

5. Fraud, Misuse & Zero-Tolerance Policy

CarShippingHub maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraud, deceptive practices, and misuse of our Platform. The following conduct is prohibited and will result in immediate action:

• Submitting false, fabricated, or misleading information as a consumer or as a business partner.
• Misrepresenting your identity, authority, or the scope of services you offer.
• Using our Platform to generate fraudulent leads or to harvest consumer data without authorization.
• Engaging in scam activities, deposit theft, bait-and-switch pricing, or any form of consumer fraud directed at users of this Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our tools, databases, or carrier data.

If you are a business found to be engaging in any fraudulent conduct, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately terminate your access to our platform and lead pipeline.
• Share your identity, business details, and fraudulent conduct with the FMCSA, law enforcement agencies, state attorney general offices, and consumer protection organizations.
• Publish a public warning on our Scam Watch section.
• Pursue civil and/or criminal legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If you are a consumer who provides false information to misrepresent a shipping request, your data may be flagged and shared with our partner network to prevent further misuse.

6. Free Tools & Content — Disclaimer

CarShippingHub provides a range of free consumer tools including, but not limited to, a car shipping cost calculator, FMCSA carrier lookup, transit time estimator, and route pricing guide. These tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for informational purposes only. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Specifically:

• Cost estimates are indicative only and do not constitute a binding quote. Actual shipping costs will be determined by the carrier or broker you engage with directly.
• FMCSA data is sourced from publicly available federal databases. We are not responsible for errors, outdated records, or changes in carrier status that may occur between data updates.
• Transit time estimates are averages based on typical industry data and may vary significantly based on weather, carrier availability, route specifics, and other factors.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, tool interfaces, data compilations, and software — is the intellectual property of CarShippingHub or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any scraping, data mining, or automated collection of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Carriers, Brokers & Services

When we connect you with a transport partner, that partner becomes solely responsible for:

• All services agreed to in the shipping contract.
• Any damage, loss, delay, or other incident related to your vehicle shipment.
• Compliance with FMCSA regulations, insurance requirements, and all applicable laws.

CarShippingHub has no control over the actual transport operations, pricing decisions, or contractual terms offered by any partner. We strongly recommend reviewing a transport partner's own terms, insurance documentation, and FMCSA records before booking any service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarShippingHub, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Damages arising from your reliance on our tools, estimates, or carrier information.
• Damages arising from the actions or omissions of any third-party transport partner.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed $100 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CarShippingHub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any information you submit to our Platform.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CarShippingHub operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing legal@carshippinghub.com.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve any disputes individually and waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against CarShippingHub.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes affecting your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., via a site banner or email). Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
